We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Position Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Receive all correspondence and calls on behalf of the organisation.
  • Assist customers with requests at center and on the phone
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services.
  • Good Customer Relation
  • Educate customers about current technologies & capital assets.

Requirements

  • OND, HND / B.Sc in any recognized tertiary institutions.
  • Little or no previous working experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
