Position Title: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • B2B2C
  • Develop and execute key sales growth strategies
  • Grow new sales revenue and convert leads to potential customers
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance
  • Assist in the recruitment of marketing team and development of marketing strategies
  • Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
  • Drives delivery of brand profitability and growth in line with business objectives
  • Lead, Manage, and Grow brand profitably.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Business related field
  • Minimum of 3 years business experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the food industry.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in G-suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good managerial and leadership skills
  • Highly goal driven
  • Interest in the food industry.
